Moisture releasing material provides comfort throughout the day and an adjustable hook-and-loop fastener enables a custom fit. Suitable for both the left and right elbow.

Directions: Pull fastener through buckle, with the tendon pad cushion against skin. With the fastener facing out, position tendon pad cushion below the elbow towards outer forearm. Tighten the strap until the fit is snug, yet comfortable.
