ELECTROLYTE HYDRATION COMPLEX - Endura Performance Hydration is a scientifically formulated electrolyte and hydration complex that rapidly replaces fluid and essential electrolytes lost during exercise, while improving stamina, endurance and performance. Electrolyte and fluid loss can result in dehydration and electrolyte imbalances, potentially affecting exercise capacity and performance.

ENHANCES ENERGY & ENDURANCE - Performance Hydration is a 6% carbohydrate formula, providing 20g of carbs per dose as recommended for intense exercise or exercise lasting longer than 1 hour. Performance Hydration also contains Magnesium, which is a key mineral in energy production, an essential performance element for any athlete.

FAST AND SLOW RELEASE ENERGY - The premium dual-carb sources (microcrystalline fructose and maltodextrin) are absorbed at different rates, giving you an instant boost of energy PLUS enduring energy. The dual-carbs also result in improved carbohydrate absorption, with up to 50% more carb absorption per hour than single carb options.

Equiv. Elemental Calcium: 42mg.

Potassium Citrate: 185mg.

Each dose (25g) contains 366kJ (87cal) of Energy. Contains sugars.

The maximum recommended daily dose (100g) contains 704mg of Sodium and 268mg of Potassium.
