Krill oil is a source of the omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA and also contains the reddish crotenoid astaxanthin.

Each soft capsule contains:

Euphausia superba (Krill) oil 1.5 g

Containing:

astaxanthin 150 micrograms

omega-3 marine triglycerides

  as eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) 180 mg

  and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) 190 mg

Adults:

For heart health and general wellbeing, take 1 capsule daily.

For added brain health, increase to 2 capsules daily.
