Premular contains the specialised extract of Vitex agnus-castus Ze 440 which has been specifically researched in PMS. Premular's Ze 440 has been clinically proven to help relieve a broad range of PMS symptoms including irritability, altered mood, headache, bloating and breast pain and tenderness. Premular has also been shown to help maintain a healthy hormonal balance and regulate a healthy menstrual cycle.
Premular contains a small amount of lactose (40mg per tablet).
