Fragmin contains dalteparin sodium, a low molecular weight heparin used as an anticoagulant. The 10,000 anti-Xa IU/1mL presentation is supplied as a graduated single-dose pre-filled syringe for subcutaneous injection. Fragmin is used for the prevention and treatment of thromboembolic conditions, including deep vein thrombosis, and in certain other clinically indicated situations.

Dalteparin sodium 10,000 anti-Xa IU per 1mL syringe.

Use only as directed by a doctor or pharmacist. Fragmin is administered by subcutaneous injection. The dose and duration of treatment depend on the condition being treated and the individual patient.
