Fragmin contains dalteparin sodium, a low molecular weight heparin used to prevent and treat blood clots in a range of clinical settings, including around surgery, during haemodialysis and for certain thromboembolic conditions.

Dalteparin sodium 5,000 anti-Xa IU per 0.2mL.

Use only as directed by a doctor or other healthcare professional. The dose and method of administration depend on the condition being treated or prevented. Fragmin is administered by injection and should be used according to the prescribed instructions.
