1. Open the brace and lay it flat on a surface. Position the brace with the FUTURO™ logo facing up and the opening centred over your kneecap.
2. Wrap the top and bottom straps around your leg, securing them with the hook-and-loop fasteners.
3. Adjust the straps to ensure a snug but comfortable fit. Fasten the centre straps over the knee opening, ensuring that the hinge is aligned with the center of your knee joint.
4. Adjust the tension straps on either side of the hinge to provide additional support and stability as needed.
5. Check the fit of the brace by walking around and bending your knee. Adjust the straps and tension as necessary to ensure a comfortable and secure fit.
6. To remove the brace, undo the straps and slide the brace off your leg.
