Gardasil 9 is a recombinant human papillomavirus (HPV) vaccine supplied as a 0.5mL suspension for intramuscular injection in a single-use prefilled syringe. It is indicated for females and males aged 9 to 45 years for the prevention of certain HPV-related cancers, precancerous or dysplastic lesions, genital warts and HPV infection caused by the nine HPV types included in the vaccine.

Human Papillomavirus 9-valent Vaccine, Recombinant:

 

HPV Type 6: 30 micrograms

HPV Type 11: 40 micrograms

HPV Type 16: 60 micrograms

HPV Type 18: 40 micrograms

HPV Type 31: 20 micrograms

HPV Type 33: 20 micrograms

HPV Type 45: 20 micrograms

HPV Type 52: 20 micrograms

HPV Type 58: 20 micrograms per 0.5mL dose.

For intramuscular injection only. The entire contents of the prefilled syringe should be administered by a qualified healthcare professional. The prefilled syringe is for single use only. The vaccination schedule should be determined by a healthcare professional according to the patient's age and circumstances.
