Gentamicin Injection contains gentamicin sulfate and is used for the treatment of serious infections caused by susceptible bacteria. It may be used for infections including septicaemia, respiratory tract infections, complicated urinary tract infections, and infected wounds, bone and soft tissue infections. The injection is supplied as a clear solution in 2mL ampoules.

Gentamicin (as sulfate) 80mg per 2mL ampoule.

For administration by a healthcare professional. Gentamicin dosage and administration route must be determined according to the patient's condition, body weight, renal function and clinical response. It may be administered by intravenous or intramuscular injection as directed by the prescribing healthcare professional.
