Glucose 50% Intravenous Infusion is a sterile, concentrated solution of anhydrous glucose in Water for Injections. Each 50mL vial contains 25g of glucose. It is used in clinical settings for the management of severe hypoglycaemia and as a concentrated source of glucose when medically indicated.

Glucose 25g in 50mL (50% w/v).

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. 

 

For intravenous administration only. Administer under the direction and supervision of a qualified healthcare professional. The appropriate dose and rate of administration should be determined according to the patient's clinical condition and blood glucose levels.
