DBL Glyceryl Trinitrate Concentrate Injection contains glyceryl trinitrate 50mg in 10mL and belongs to the nitrate group of medicines. It works by relaxing the muscles surrounding blood vessels, helping increase blood and oxygen supply to the heart. It is used for selected cardiovascular conditions, including angina that has not responded adequately to recommended organic nitrates or beta-blockers, acute myocardial infarction-associated congestive heart failure, and controlled blood pressure management during certain surgical procedures.

For intravenous infusion by a healthcare professional only. The concentrate must be diluted before infusion and is not for direct intravenous injection. The dose and infusion rate are determined by the treating doctor according to the patient's condition and response.
