This paleo bircher muesli has no preservatives, yucky vegetable oil or added sugar on any of the dried fruit, no cheap fillers it's all top quality, 100% Paleo approved yumminess. Like the Blend11, you must activate overnight for optimum nutrition. Ingredients are certified organic wherever possible usually 10 out of 13.
Blend13 is a functional food booster that can be added to smoothies, yoghurts, shakes, muesli or cereal. Those with IBS / FODMAP sensitivities are generally better off starting with Blend11 (it is FODMAP friendly, Blend13 has higher levels due to the extra dried fruits).

For the regular user, Blend13 can be used in exactly the same way as Blend11 (balls, Bircher, bars, breakfast topper), remembering that there's already some fruit so not to go overboard with added sweetness.
