Granisetron-AFT contains granisetron, a selective 5-HT3 receptor antagonist used as an antiemetic. The 3mL presentation contains 3mg of granisetron and is supplied as a clear, colourless or faintly yellow-brown solution in a clear glass ampoule.

Granisetron 3mg/3mL (as granisetron hydrochloride).

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. 

 

For intravenous administration only. The appropriate dose and method of administration must be determined by a doctor or other qualified healthcare professional. Granisetron-AFT 3mg/3mL is a concentrated injection intended for dilution prior to intravenous infusion.
