It's great for beginner sourdough bakers as it is easy to activate and is very resilient. Contains complete instructions on how to activate and even make a loaf of bread.

Organic wholemeal wheat flour, Organic white wheat flour, Sourdough Culture, Filtered water

Always read the label and follow the directions for use. 

 

Activate the dried culture by mixing it with equal parts water and organic flour (e.g., 1 tbsp each) in a jar, letting it sit at room temperature for 12–24 hours, and repeating daily feedings until bubbly and active.
