Clean the ear with alcohol to remove oil and dirt.
Identify the correct acupressure points using an ear chart.
Peel a pellet from the backing sheet.
Apply it to the selected point on the outer ear.

Gently massage the pellet 2–3 times daily to activate stimulation.
Leave in place for 2–5 days, then remove and allow the skin to rest.
