The Hello Cup™ - Low Cervix Cup

A high cervix may be indicated if you have ever had to "fish" around for your cup. This is due to the longer vaginal canal found in those with high cervixes. Before using this cup, make sure your cervix sits high. There are three sizes available for our Hello High Cervix Cup: S, M, and L.

Proper Insertion: Ensure that the cup is inserted correctly and has fully unfolded to create a proper seal against the vaginal walls. A proper seal is essential for preventing leaks. Avoid Cutting the Stem Too Short: The stem of the menstrual cup can be trimmed for comfort, but be cautious not to cut it too short. A longer stem can make removal easier, especially for beginners.

Choose a Comfortable Position: You can insert the cup while sitting on the toilet, standing, or squatting. Find a position that feels comfortable for you. Fold the Cup: There are different folding techniques you can use to make insertion easier. One common fold is the "C-fold" or "U-fold," where you fold the cup in half to create a "C" or "U" shape. Experiment with folding techniques to find the one that works best for you.
