Rather, Hello Low Cervix Cups feature a thickened, rounded base that makes removal simple.

Proper Sterilization: Before using the cup for the first time each cycle and between cycles, it's crucial to sterilize it by boiling it in water for 3-5 minutes. Ensure that the cup doesn't touch the bottom of the pot to avoid damage. Let it cool completely before use.
