Do not swallow. Do not use in eye area. Not recommended for use by children.
Tear the desired design off the sheet and remove the plastic film.
Dip in water for 1 second so the paper becomes slightly damp.
Thoroughly dry your teeth.
Carefully position the design facedown on the tooth, using the grey shape on the backside for guidance.
Hold in place with your finger for 10 seconds, ensuring you do not slide or move your finger.
Gently peel away the paper backing and allow to dry for 10 seconds before closing your mouth.
To remove, brush off with a toothbrush, rinse, and expel.
