Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible.(Contains vitamin B6).

The recommended daily amount of Vitamin A from all sources is 700 mcg retinol equivalents for women and 900 mcg retinol equivalents for men.

If you are pregnant, or considering becoming pregnant, do not take Vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.

When taken in excess of 3000mcg retinol equivalents, Vitamin A can cause birth defects.

Contains Potassium sorbate and sugars. Products containing sorbitol may have a laxative effect or cause diarrhoea.

Not for the treatment of iron deficiency conditions. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.

General Wellness

Adults: Take 10mL (2 metric teaspoons) to 20mL(4 metric teaspoons) daily after a main meal.

Demanding Days
