The Strawberry Kiwi Flavoured Hydralyte Effervescent Electrolyte Tablets assist restore water and electrolytes lost as a result of vomiting, diarrhoea, intense sweating, strenuous activity, and occasionally hangovers. They also reduce the symptoms of dehydration.
Glucose 1.62g. Citric Acid 672mg. Sodium from Sodium chloride 34.5mg. Potassium from Potassium chloride 78mg. Sodium from Sodium bicarbonate 103.5mg.
If you experience prolonged vomiting or diarrhoea, you should: - 6 hours for babies younger than 6 months. – 12 hours for kids under 3 years old. - 24 hours in kids between the ages of 3-6. - 48 hours in adults and children older than 6 years.
1. Take two tablets out of the tube, then firmly screw on the lid. In 200 mL of clean, ice-cold water, dissolve. Use recently boiled and cooled water for infants younger than six months. 2. While symptoms are still present, take small, frequent sips. 3. If the solution is refrigerated, discard it after 24 hours or 2 hours. 4. Avoid combining Hydralyte with soda, fruit juice, cordial, or sports beverages. 5. Constantly disperse in water.
