Open the Pouch: Locate the opening of the tea bag pouch. Some styles have a flap or a top opening that can be tucked or folded over.
Fill with Tea: Using a teaspoon, add one to two teaspoons of your favorite loose-leaf tea into the pouch.
Tip: Do not overfill the pouch, as tea leaves need space to expand to release their full flavor.
Seal the Pouch:
Fold Method: Simply fold the flap over or tuck the opening inside.
