Add Water: Pour 60ml (2 oz) of hot water (160ºF - 170º/70ºC-75ºC) into the bowl.
Whisk: Use the bamboo whisk (chasen) to whisk vigorously in a "W" or "M" motion until a fine, creamy froth forms on top.
Enjoy: Drink directly from the bowl, or pour into a cup for a latte.
Clean: Rinse the bamboo whisk only with warm water and place it on the holder to dry, avoiding soap.
