For best results use 15g of Organic White Chocolate to every 180ml of milk. Start by adding a small amount of boiling water to your white chocolate powder and mix into a paste. Top up with your favourite warmed milk and stir. Sprinkle the top with a little extra powder. For an alternative treat try serving with marshmallows & white chocolate shavings on top.
