Valeriana officinalis (Valerian) dry root extract (derived from 2.5g dry root) 5mL
In a base of purified water and ethanol.
Contains no artificial flavours, sweeteners, colours, or preservatives.
Avoid use with other sedative medication (e.g. benzodiazepines, tricyclic antidepressants, opioid analgesics) unless under the guidance of a healthcare professional.
Always read the label. Use only as directed. If symptoms persist consult your health professional.
Adults: 3 - 5ml. Take up to 3 times daily.
For insomnia take 5-10ml in the evening.
Children 6-12yrs: 1.5 - 2.5ml up to 3 times daily.
