Always read the label and follow the directions for use. 

For a flawless, streak-free and natural tan, exfoliate skin to ensure it is clean and primed for tanning. Leaving back applicator folded onto the side of the application mitt, apply self-tan product onto the mitt. Pop hand into mitt and blend into skin using smooth, circular motions, applying self-tan to one body part at a time, apart from your back. Unfold the back applicator and apply tan to the soft side. On one end, hold onto the loop, and on the other end tuck hand into the mitt and apply tan to your back, like you're drying your back with a towel. After use, wash the mitt with warm water and dry before folding back applicator back onto mitt and storing away. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.
