Vitashine D3 is a special oily extract of lichen that is naturally rich in Vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol) and fatty acids. Vital Vitamin D also contains mushrooms as a supporting natural source of Vitamin D.
Each capsule contains:
Vitashine D3 10 mg
Equivalent to Vitamin D3 (cholecaliferol) 1000 IU (25 microgram)
Cordyceps sinensis fruiting body (Cordyceps mushroom) 100 mg
