Smooth nails before applying nail polish; polish sticks to well-groomed nails more readily.

Make sure your nails are dry, clean, and free of polish before using.

Black: Use a gentle circular motion to remove stains and ridges. Avoid vigorously buffing very thin nails.

White: To get a satin sheen, buff the nail back and forth.

Grey: Use quick, sideways strokes to buff for an incredibly natural sheen.
