Always follow the instructions.
Run a lukewarm bath. While the water is running add 2 heaped spoonfuls of bath soak into the tub using the spoon inside the packet. Use your hand to help stir and dissolve the bath soak. Soak the child in the bath for 10 minutes. No need to use soap. Gently pat dry with a soft towel and apply Itchy Baby Co moisturiser while the skin is still damp.
