Active Ingredients:

• Nicotine 1mg/Spray

Directions:

• 1-2 sprays when you would normally smoke (Maximum 4 sprays/hour, 64 sprays/day) for the first 6 weeks.
• Gradually reduce use after 7-9 weeks of use, then cutting down to 2-4 sprays/day by weeks 10-12.
• Stop use after 12 weeks.
• Avoid food and drink before and after each spray as it could interfere with nicotine absorption.
