  • Consult your doctor or pharmacist before use if you are under 18 years of age; you are pregnant or breastfeeding; you have uncontrolled high blood pressure; you have a stomach ulcer, you have a kidney or liver disease; you take insulin for diabetes; you have an overactive thyroid gland or adrenal gland cancer.
  • Do not use unless a doctor has told you to if you have had a heart attack or stroke, or you have circulatory problems.
ALWAYS READ THE LABEL
Ingredients:
  • Contains 4mg nicotine per gum
  • Contains saccharin sodium
  • Contains sorbitol xylitol and mannitol - total 0.4g/gum or 8g/gums
  • Contains 11.5mg or 0.5 mmol sodium/gum (equiv.to 115mg or 5mmol/10 gums) which should be taken into account by those on a low sodium diet
Directions:
  • Chew slowly until the taste becomes strong
  • 'Park'' the gum between your gum and cheek to absorb the nicotine
  • When the taste has faded, repeat the process for up to 30 minutes
