Glycine (an amino acid) and ascorbyl palmitate (a lipid soluble form of vitamin C). The vitamin D3 in this product contains small levels of starch sodium octenyl succinate, dl-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium ascorbate (a form of vitamin C), silicon dioxide, vegetable oil (carrier for fat soluble vitamin D) and maltodextrin (carbohydrate).
Adults only. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
1. Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal.
2. Add the powder of one sachet in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water. Alternatively, the contents can also be blended seamlessly into smoothies or shakes and mixed into cold foods such as cereal or yoghurt.
3. Consume immediately.
