The HEM6161 is a portable blood pressure monitor designed for convenience. It features a cuff wrapping guide and irregular heartbeat detection to ensure accurate usage. With a 30-reading memory, you can easily review past measurements. Hypertension indicators alert you if your blood pressure exceeds normal levels. The monitor's Intellisense Technology™ ensures precise and comfortable measurements by automatically applying the right amount of pressure. It comes with an Intelliwrap™ wrist cuff, LCD display, hard carry case, and 2 AAA batteries. The monitor also includes an irregular heartbeat indicator and is backed by a 5-year standard warranty

• Avoid bathing, drinking alcohol/caffeine, smoking, exercising, and eating 30 minutes before measuring
• Rest for at least 5 minutes before taking the measurement
• Sit upright with legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor, with back and arm supported
• Put your arm through the wrist cuff loop with the palm facing upward
• Wrap the wrist cuff around your wrist, avoiding the protruding part of the wrist bone
• Rest the arm on a table at the same level as the heart
• Remain still and quiet during the measurement
• Press the START/STOP button to begin
• The cuff will inflate, and the result will be displayed (approximately 30-60 seconds)
• The reading will be automatically saved in the memory.
