Preparation: Avoid bathing, drinking alcohol/caffeine, smoking, exercising, and eating for 30 minutes before taking a measurement. Rest for at least 5 minutes before proceeding.
Bluetooth Function: If using the Bluetooth feature, ensure you SYNC the device to your smartphone as per the instructions.
Sitting Position: Sit upright on a chair with your legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor. Support your back and arm during the measurement.
Clothing: Remove tight-fitting clothing from your arm. Do not roll up a tight sleeve. The arm cuff should not be placed over thick clothes.
Arm Cuff Placement: Firmly wrap the arm cuff around the left upper arm (refer to the instruction manual if using the right arm). Position the monitor with the START/STOP button towards your body for convenience.
Arm Position: The bottom edge of the arm cuff should be 1 to 2 cm above your elbow. Rest your arm on a table, ensuring the arm cuff is at the same level as your heart.
Secure Connection: Ensure a solid connection of the air plug and cuff to the main unit.
Remain Still: During the measurement, stay still and refrain from talking.
Initiating the Measurement: Press the START/STOP button to start the measurement process.
Result Display: The cuff will inflate, and the measurement result will be displayed on the screen. This typically takes approximately 30-60 seconds.
Automatic Memory: The reading will be automatically saved in the memory for future reference.
