Roll the earplug firmly between your fingers, squeezing it until it becomes thin. Insert it gently into the ear canal and allow it to expand. Ensure the end of the earplug remains outside the ear canal and do not insert it completely. To check the fit, cup your hands over your ears and then move your hands away; a noticeable change in sound indicates that the earplugs are positioned correctly. Store in the original container between uses.
