Do not use if the material is soiled or degraded. Do not consume. Keep away from children. Child supervision is advised. Not suitable for flight travel. Do not use while driving. Replace each earplug after approximately 5–10 uses or sooner if the material becomes soiled or degraded.

Roll the earplug gently between your fingers to soften and shape it. Place it over the outer ear opening and gently press to create a secure seal. Do not insert the earplug into the ear canal. Ensure the earplug is firm and does not move. To check the seal, cup your hands over your ears and then move your hands outwards; a noticeable change in sound indicates that the earplug is covering the ear entrance correctly. After use, place the earplug back into its storage sphere/container.
