- Otrivin Junior Nasal Drops contains the active ingredient xylometazoline hydrochloride that helps to open up and clear nasal passages by reducing swollen blood vessels.
Warnings:
- Temporary stinging sensation, sneezing may occur.
- Excessive use may damage lining of nose.
- Keep out of reach of children and use only as directed.
- Do not exceed the recommended dosages, especially in very young children. Not to be used for children under six months and not for more than five days for all children except on medical advice.

Active Ingredients: Xylmetazoline hydrochloride 0.5mg/mL
Directions:
- Clear nose of mucus by wiping, or have child blow nose gently.
- Take pack from blister and remove protective cap. Before first use, pump applicator severeal times to prime nozzle. Insert nozzle into nostril and press applicator firmly once.
- Children old enough to understand should be told to sniff during application.
- Withdraw nozzle and release pressure. Repeat in other nostril. Replace protective cap. Each pack should be used by only one person.
- Children from 6 to 11 years: 2 sprays per nostril. Use 2-3 times daily, as necessary. Do not use more often than every 8-10 hours. If congestion persists for more than 3 days, seek medical advice.
- If congestion persists, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
