Foil seal is broken or expired 

Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets every 4–6 hours as needed.

Maximum dosage: Do not exceed 8 tablets in 24 hours (typically 4 doses) 

Administration: Swallow tablets whole with water. Do not crush or chew.
