Paracetamol 500 mg, Phenylephrine Hydrochloride 5 mg, Chlorphenamine Maleate 2 mg

Keep to the recommended dose. Do not take this medicine for longer than 48 hours at a time (children or adolescents) or a few days at a time (adults) unless advised to by a doctor. Do not give to children under 12 years of age. NIGHT tablets may cause drowsiness. If affected do not drive a vehicle or operate machinery. Avoid alcohol. This product may cause sleeplessness if it is taken up to several hours before going to bed. 

Adults and Children 12 years and over: DAY: Take 2 white tablets every 4 - 6 hours as necessary. NIGHT: Take 2 pink tablets at bedtime as necessary. Do not take NIGHT tablets within 4 hours of taking the DAY tablets. Do not exceed 6 DAY tablets and 2 NIGHT tablets in 24 hours.
