Do not swallow the solution—gargle only 

Keep out of eyes, children’s reach, and pets

Store in a cool, dry place, away from light

Pour 10–15 mL of the solution into a small cup (some bottles include a measuring cup).

Gargle or rinse the solution at the back of your throat for 30 seconds to 2 minutes.

Spit it out — do not swallow.

Repeat 3 to 4 times a day, especially:
