Each ingredient - including raspberry leaf, blessed thistle, fennel seed, fenugreek, rooibos, and ginger - has been chosen for its potential to support and enhance lactation.

Always read the label and follow the directions for use.
• Boil the kettle and prepare your cup or teapot.
• Use 1 Organic Nursing Tea Bag per 250ml of hot water. If you prefer iced tea, use 2 tea bags per 250ml.
• Pour freshly boiled water over the tea bag and brew for 4-5 minutes. If you prefer a stronger brew, try adding an extra tea bag instead of brewing for longer.
• Remove the tea bag and enjoy!
