• Boil the kettle and prepare your infuser or teapot.
• Use 1/2 - 1 teaspoon of Elderflower Loose Leaf Tea per 250ml of hot water.
• Pour freshly boiled water over the tea and brew for 5-8 minutes. If you prefer a strong brew, try adding an extra teaspoon of tea.
• Remove the infuser or pour from your teapot and enjoy! In summer, ice cubes or mint leaves can be added making a refreshing drink.
