Detailed Description: Primacrepe Heavy is an elastic retention bandage made of cotton with a tan color that is used to provide firm, directional support for joint injuries involving ligaments. Additionally, it can be used to provide continuous support for mild sprains and strains. It weighs a lot, has a center guide for simple application, is reusable and washable, and has great tolerance for sensitive skin. Step 1: Prior to and following use, wash your hands. After thoroughly drying the skin, clean it gently.
Step 2: Holding the bandage with the roll facing up in your hand, wrap it around the area in a spiral motion, covering half of it with each winding. Avoid pulling or stretching too hard since this can impede blood flow. Inspect for sensory loss. If the bandage is too tight, take it off and reapply it with less force.
Step 3: Use tape, like Primatape, to secure the bandage's end.
