Smith & Nephew's PRIMAPORE conformable adhesive dressing consists of a low-adherent absorbent pad and a breathable non-woven top layer. It is, to put it simply, an adhesive non-woven wound dressing. Adhesive wound dressings from PRIMAPORE are especially made to be user-friendly and comfortable for patients. PRIMAPORE dressing is incredibly soft and conformable, making it easy to wear while shielding the wound from additional stress. PRIMAPORE dressing is available in additional sizes as well. The primary characteristics of this product are its conformability, high absorbency pad, low adherent wound contact layer, rounded corners, ease of application, and low allergy adhesive. Additionally, every dressing is sterile and individually wrapped. Ethylene oxide is used to sterilize.

Seek medical attention immediately for all serious wounds and burns or if redness or discomfort occurs
Peel away the backing papers to expose the non-adherent absorbent pad. Holding the backing papers at each end of the dressing, carefully position the dressing over the designated area and remove the release papers. Gently smooth the dressing into place, applying light pressure (especially around the edges). Care must be taken not to stretch the dressing on application as this may cause trauma to the underlying skin.
