I received a faulty Medescan Rainbow Mist Top Fill Ultrasonic Cool Mist Humidifier machine, called the store and they directed me to email....no response at all after 6 days! I'm sitting here waiting and can't do anything about it - it's taking uo space, I can't use it, and I don't have my money back or exchange for a new one. I don't think I'll waste money here again, might as well get something from Chemist Warehouse....
