  • Contains potassium sorbate and glucose.

  • 5.7g Sambucus nigra Black Elderberry fruit juice equiv. per 15ml syrup.
  • No added: lactose, gluten, yeast, dairy, salt or artificial colours.
  • Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 3-4 times daily.
  • Children 5-12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 2 times daily.
  • Children 2-4 years: 7.5-15ml (1/2 - 1 tablespoon) per day.
  • Best taken at first sign of cold and flu - within 28 hours of the onset of symptoms.
  • Or as recommended by your health care practitioner.
