Acetate hydrocortisone 5 mg/g (0.5%)
The ingredients of Sigmacort cream are purified water, white soft paraffin, liquid paraffin, cetomacrogol 1000, cetostearyl alcohol, and chlorocresol (preservative).
Read the label carefully and follow the directions on how to use it. Keep out of the reach of minors. If symptoms persist, please contact your healthcare provider.
Do not use this in the eyes or on acne. Do not use on children under the age of twelve unless specifically instructed by the doctor.
Apply twice or four times a day to the affected area, or as prescribed by a physician. As the disorder improves, fewer applications should be submitted.
Apply to all inflammatory areas—not just the worst ones.
Use precisely as prescribed by your medical provider.
It might not function as well and your skin issue might not get better if you use it less than you should.
Using it more frequently than is advised won't help your skin condition any faster and could worsen existing side effects.
Use for 7–14 days, or until the skin is completely clear and the irritation has subsided.
Use Sigmacort daily at the same time.
