Soodox Hot & Cold Gel Bead Pack Small is a reusable therapy pack filled with flexible gel beads that can be heated or chilled for convenient hot or cold therapy. Its compact size makes it suitable for targeted application to smaller areas of the body, including the lower abdomen, neck, shoulders or joints. It can be reused as needed as part of a personal recovery or self-care routine.
Always test the temperature before applying to the skin. Do not overheat, puncture, cut or freeze the pack unless specifically instructed by the manufacturer. Avoid use on broken, irritated or numb skin. Do not use while sleeping. Discontinue use if discomfort or skin irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children and follow the manufacturer's heating, cooling and care instructions.
For cold therapy, place the pack in the refrigerator or freezer according to the manufacturer's instructions. For heat therapy, warm the pack using the recommended method and check the temperature before applying. Place over the desired area for the recommended duration. Allow the pack to return to room temperature before storing.
