They can be worn on lighter or heavier-flow days depending on individual needs and can also be used as backup protection with tampons or menstrual cups.
For menstrual use only. Follow the washing and care instructions provided with the product. Do not use if the fabric or absorbent area is damaged. Discontinue use if irritation or discomfort occurs. Keep the product clean and completely dry between uses.
Wear the period underwear like regular underwear, ensuring the absorbent gusset is positioned securely. Change according to menstrual flow and personal comfort. After use, rinse in cold water and wash according to the care instructions on the product label. Allow to dry completely before storing or reusing.
