Activated B6 P5P aids in the synthesis of neurotransmitters and supports general health and wellbeing. It supports nervous system function, energy levels and immune system health. Pyridoxine aids healthy red blood cell production and helps support the synthesis of haemoglobin. It may also assist in the prevention of pyridoxine and vitamin B6 deficiency when dietary intake is inadequate.
