2. Do not insert into the ear canal! Only place the earplug on the outer ear opening.
3. Prepare the earplug: Roll the earplug between your fingers to compress it into a narrow shape.
4. Place on your ear: Gently position the rolled earplug over the outer ear opening, ensuring it covers only the entrance.
5. Seal the outer ear: Close or seal the outer ear opening with the earplug. Make sure the earplug is firm and not moving.
6. Check effectiveness: Cup your hands over your ears and then move your hands outward. If you notice a change in sound, ensure the earplugs are properly covering your ear entrance.
7. Ensure proper fit: The earplugs should be secure and not shifting to provide effective protection.
Important: Do not insert the earplugs into the ear canal to avoid injury or discomfort.
